A: We recommend choosing the size based on the teenager's height and weight using the size chart. If the measurements fall between sizes, it's best to choose the larger size. Q: How long does it take for custom orders to be delivered?

A: Basic in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. Custom orders (embroidery, printing) depend on the quantity: small batch orders take 5-7 days, large batch orders take 7-15 days. Expedited orders can be prioritized upon request.

Q: Will the fabric shrink or fade?

A: The fabric has been pre-shrunk. Normal machine washing (cold water, gentle cycle) will result in a shrinkage rate of less than 3%-4%.  Environmentally friendly dyes are used, so the fabric is resistant to fading after repeated washing. We recommend avoiding washing with dark-colored clothing.

Q: Do you support unconditional returns and exchanges?

A: In-stock, non-customized items are eligible for 7-day unconditional returns and exchanges, provided the clothing is in good condition and all tags are intact.
