I. Layered Protection Structure

Comprehensive Head Protection

We always prioritize children's head protection, creating a comprehensive protection barrier through the collaborative design of the upper, middle, and lower parts of the product. The upper part uses a high-toughness PU leather shell combined with multi-layer EVA cushioning foam.  After rigorous impact testing, it can quickly absorb impact to the top and back of the head, preventing blunt force injuries during high-intensity training. Even with long-term use, it maintains its original protective shape and is not prone to deformation or collapse.

The middle section is the golden balance point between protection and visibility. The widened circular guard and integrated ear protection form a closed-loop protection system, completely covering vulnerable areas such as the cheeks and ears.  The ergonomic cut fits the head's contours, preventing pressure on the face while also preventing displacement during movement. The open-face design maximizes the field of vision, ensuring children can clearly see their opponent's movements, improving reaction speed, and balancing protection with competitive performance.

The lower part is equipped with adjustable Velcro chin straps and a non-slip lining. The strap length adapts to different jaw contours, and when tightened, securely fixes the headgear, preventing loosening during punching or dodging. A thin cushioning pad is added to the chin area to reduce the impact of accidental collisions on the jaw without affecting biting, ensuring protection covers every critical area of the head.

The outer shell uses high-grade synthetic PU leather, which has excellent tear resistance and wear resistance, resisting friction and impact during training.  Its lifespan is extended by more than 30% compared to ordinary materials. The inner lining uses antibacterial and sweat-wicking microfiber, which quickly wicks away sweat, keeping the head dry and inhibiting bacterial growth, preventing odors from prolonged wear, and protecting children's delicate skin. The innovative shock absorption system utilizes a "foam + elastic fiber" composite structure, differing from traditional single-material cushioning.  It dynamically adjusts energy absorption efficiency based on impact force, quickly dispersing impact and reducing head vibration, helping children stay focused and maintain tactical awareness during training. The protective gear features a lightweight design, weighing between 200-250g, avoiding extra strain on the child's neck and suitable for prolonged training sessions.

III. Multi-Scenario Training Needs

We have designed multiple size options to accommodate the developmental characteristics of children's head shapes.  Adjustable Velcro straps on the back of the head ensure a precise fit for children with different head circumferences, from young beginners to teenagers. The edges of the protective gear are rounded and finished with soft edging, eliminating sharp edges and preventing skin scratches during wear, demonstrating our attention to detail and care for children.

1. How to choose the right size?

We recommend using a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your child's head at its widest point (from above the eyebrows to the back of the head).  Refer to the size chart: Size S fits head circumferences of 48-52cm (6-8 years old), Size M fits head circumferences of 52-57cm (8-10 years old), and Size L fits head circumferences of 57-62cm (10-12 years old). If the head circumference is at a borderline value, we recommend choosing a slightly larger size to allow for head growth.

2. How to clean and maintain the headgear?

The inner lining is removable and washable (for some models). We recommend hand washing with a neutral detergent and drying in a cool, well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight or high-temperature drying to prevent material aging. The outer shell can be wiped clean with an alcohol swab. Regularly check the upper cushioning layer, middle protective shell, and lower straps for wear and tear. If cracking or deformation occurs, replace the headgear immediately.

3. Can this headgear effectively prevent concussions?

No sports protective gear can completely eliminate the risk of concussion, but our headgear, through its multi-layer cushioning structure, can significantly reduce the impact force on the head and reduce the probability of injury. Its collaborative protection design in the upper, middle, and lower parts quickly disperses impact force, preventing excessive localized force and providing reliable protection for children's heads.
